  • Ensure that the artwork being shared is your own, or that you have permission to share it on the creator’s behalf
  • Allow Vertex to disclose your connection with CF
  • Ensure that you have read the Community Guidelines

Submission Process

  1. Connect with a Curator by filling out the Share Your Art form. Use the form to tell us a little bit about yourself and the artwork you will submit. Once you’ve connected, you’ll receive an email from the Vertex Patient Advocacy Team outlining the next steps and giving you some tips for how you can best showcase your work.

  2. Review the Community Guidelines, above. Make sure your artwork aligns with the Community Guidelines, above. Unfortunately, we can't feature artwork on the site that doesn't meet those requirements.

  3. Review and sign the Release & Artwork & Publicity Submission Agreement that will be emailed to you by a Curator. By signing the agreement, you will give Sharing Air permission to post your work in the online Gallery and in other places as set forth in the agreement, including on Vertex social media, such as the Vertex Facebook page.

  4. Send your artwork to a Curator.  Email the Curator team with your artwork attached, in one of the following file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .mp3, or .mov. After a Curator receives your art, they will make sure it aligns with the Community Guidelines before posting it.

I don’t have CF, but someone close to me does. Can I submit artwork?

If my artwork does not meet the Community Guidelines, can I change it and resubmit it?
Yes. If you decide to change your artwork to meet our Community Guidelines, you can resubmit it by e-mailing the Curator who first reached out to you.

I’ve already submitted a piece that’s now featured in The Gallery. Can I submit another?
Yes, you can submit as many pieces of art as you like, in as many different categories (visual, literary, or performing). You don’t need to fill out the form again; just e-mail the Curator who originally reached out to you and let them know that you’d like to submit another piece of art. Include a description of the artwork the same way you did the first time you submitted.
You will be asked to review and sign a Release & Artwork & Publicity Submission Agreement specific to the new art submission.

Where will my artwork be shared?
Your artwork can be featured in The Gallery and on Vertex social media, such as the Vertex Facebook page. It may also be used for other Vertex business purposes. Please refer to the Release & Artwork & Publicity Submission Agreement for the full details.
